Jacksonville, FL – Car Accident on FL-9A Near Bridge
Jacksonville, FL (November 23, 2019) – Around 1 a.m. this morning, Jacksonville Police responded to the scene of a car accident near a local bridge.
The accident, according to authorities, took place in the eastbound lanes of FL-9A near the area of the Dames Point bridge. The accident involved multiple vehicles and caused severe damage from the impact of the crash.
The left lane of traffic was blocked for some time following the collision. This led to serious delays in the area.
Paramedics assisted one or more victims with injuries. Their conditions are not known at this time.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
