Jacksonville, FL – Car Accident on I-95 Near University Blvd
Jacksonville, FL (July 5, 2020) – This afternoon, police responded to the scene of a Jacksonville car accident on a major highway.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office reported that the collision took place when multiple vehicles collided in the northbound lanes of I-95 around the area of University Boulevard. The crash caused severe damages to the vehicles involved.
Emergency responders including law enforcement officials, fire crews, and paramedics were dispatched to the scene of the accident. They assisted those with injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the accident for a period of time.
