Though few details have been released regarding the collision, police confirmed that the crash took place in the southbound lanes of Old St. Augustine Road near the I-295 area.

Jacksonville Police, paramedics, and fire crews were called to the scene of the accident. EMS crews were seen assisting those with injuries.

There was a roadblock in the area for some time but all lanes were quickly reopened.
