Jacksonville, FL (May 25, 2020) – This morning, police responded to a serious car accident with injuries that took place on a major highway in Jacksonville.
According to police, the accident took place just after 11 a.m. Police confirmed that multiple vehicles took place in the northbound lanes of I-295 around the area of 103rd Street.
The accident was so severe that it closed down multiple lanes of the highway for a period of time. Numerous responders were present at the scene of the collision and assisted those with injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
Police continue their investigation into the circumstances of the accident at this time.
