Jacksonville, FL (February 18, 2020) – Close to 8 a.m. this morning, a car crash involving multiple vehicles took place on FL-9A in Jacksonville.

The circumstances of the accident are not yet known but it is believed that two or more vehicles collided on the highway near the area of Merrill Road this morning.

Police and other emergency responders were active in the southbound lanes of the highway for several hours and paramedics assisted those with injuries.

The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
