Jacksonville, FL – Car Crash on I-295 Near New Kings Rd
Jacksonville, FL (April 10, 2020) – Around 3:45 p.m. yesterday afternoon, April 9, Jacksonville Police assisted at the scene of a car crash on a major highway.
Police confirmed that the collision took place in the southbound lanes of I-295 near the area of New Kings Road in Jacksonville.
There, police believe that two or more vehicles forcefully collided on the highway, leaving severe damages and debris on the roadway.
Numerous emergency responders were called to assist at the scene of the accident but did not confirm how many were injured. It is believed that one or more were hospitalized as a result of the collision.
Police continue their investigation into the circumstances of the accident at this time.
