Jacksonville, FL (February 27, 2020) – Around 6:30 a.m. yesterday, February 26, a car crash took place on a major highway in Jacksonville that led to injuries.

Police confirmed that the collision took place on the J. Turner Butler Boulevard in the area of Southside Boulevard in Jacksonville.

Jacksonville Police confirmed that multiple vehicles were involved in the collision. There were extensive delays in the area.

Paramedics were present at the scene of the accident, as there were numerous parties injured in the crash. It is not known if they were taken to the hospital.

The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
