Jacksonville, FL – School Bus Accident at Merrill Rd and Hartsfield Rd

Jacksonville, FL (November 15, 2019) – Around 7 a.m. this morning, a school bus accident took place at the intersection of Merrill Road and Hartsfield Road in Jacksonville.

There were five students on the bus at the time of the accident, on their way to the Terry Parker High School. The bus collided with an SUV at the intersection for reasons that are not yet known.

Police claim that three people were evaluated at the scene of the collision but police do not know their conditions at this time.

The driver of the SUV said that the bus pulled out in front of him but they have not been able to verify this. A police investigation is currently ongoing.

Our thoughts are with the injured victims and their families in hopes of a full recovery.
