Lake City, FL – Fatal Car Accident at 216th St and 51st Dr
Lake City, FL (July 12, 2020) – Around 1:37 p.m. this afternoon, a fatal car accident took place at an intersection in Lake City.
According to police, the collision took place when two vehicles collided at the intersection of 216th Street and 51st Drive.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were called to the scene of the accident where they found that one person tragically passed away at the scene. It is not known if any other parties were injured.
The road was blocked at the intersection for several hours while police cleared the scene and worked on their investigation. The investigation is ongoing.
