Macclenny, FL – Car Accident at N 3rd St and E Shuey Ave
Macclenny, FL (July 23, 2020) – Around 1:14 p.m. this afternoon, a car accident with injuries took place at an intersection in Macclenny.
According to responding authorities, the accident took place at the intersection of North 3rd Street and East Shuey Avenue. The accident occurred when two vehicles collided after entering the intersection at the same time, though police have not yet determined who is to blame.
Numerous responders were dispatched to the scene including local paramedics and fire crews. They assisted those with injuries, though the extent of the injuries is not yet known. One or more victims were transported to the hospital.
The roadway was only closed down at the intersection for a short period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation into the accident continues.
