St. Augustine, FL (July 15, 2020) – Around 3:30 p.m. last afternoon, July 14, a car accident with injuries took place at a St. Augustine intersection.

According to authorities, the collision took place when two or more vehicles forcefully collided at the intersection of FL-207 and Lightsey Road.

Numerous emergency responders were present at the scene of the accident including fire crews and paramedics. EMS crews assisted those with injuries, though it is not yet known how many were hospitalized.

A roadblock was issued in the area for a period of time as police cleared the scene.

No further details have been released but the investigation continues at this time.
