Jacksonville, FL (February 27, 2020) – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene of a fatal hit-and-run accident on Soutel Drive in Jacksonville. The crash, according to authorities, took place on Soutel Drive in the area of New Kings Road. One person was killed in the accident.
