Yulee, FL (July 13, 2020) – Around 5:40 p.m. this evening, a hit-and-run accident with injuries took place in Yulee.

According to authorities, the accident took place when two vehicles collided at the intersection of SR-200 and Baron Drive due to unknown reasons. One of the vehicles fled the scene of the accident.

There were injuries reported in one or two parties who remained at the scene of the accident. They were transported to the hospital with injuries.

The roadway was quickly reopened at the intersection.

Police continue their investigation into the circumstances of the accident.
