Jacksonville, FL – Fatal Accident Involving 2 Vehicles on Park Ave
Jacksonville, FL (November 6, 2019) – Around 11 p.m. last night, November 5, police responded to the scene of a fatal accident involving two vehicles on Park Avenue.
Jacksonville authorities responded to the scene of the collision immediately where they found that an unidentified driver was driving south in his pickup truck in the center lane of the roadway. Another vehicle attempted a left turn, causing the two to crash.
The pickup truck ran into a concrete light pole, where it then came to a rest. The driver was tragically pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
There was a 14-year-old girl and a 21-year-old man in the vehicle at the time as well. Both were hospitalized with minor injuries. The driver of the other vehicle and their passenger also received minor injuries.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
