Jacksonville, FL (March 21, 2020) – Around 7 p.m. this evening, Jacksonville authorities responded to a car crash that took place at a local intersection. According to police, the collision happened when two or more vehicles collided at the intersection of Philips Highway and Nocatee Parkway in Jacksonville.
