Truck Accidents in Florida
Florida experiences more truck accidents than many other states in the U.S. In just one year, hundreds of victims lose their lives in these accidents while thousands more are injured as a result. Truck accidents are generally some of the most serious accidents on our roads due to the fact that trucks are some of the largest vehicles on our roads. This means that they are prone to causing some of the most catastrophic harm. Being injured in a truck accident can affect all aspects of your life, which is why it is essential that you have a skilled accident attorney on your side after a collision.
The unfortunate truth is that many trucking accidents can be prevented on Florida roads. Truck drivers are expected to put in long hours at work but must also abide by hours-of-service regulations, which means that the driver or trucking company could be held liable if a drowsy driving accident occurs. On top of that, truck drivers endure long hours of training before they are able to hit the roads for the first time. Because many parties could be held liable in these complex claims, it is important for victims to be prepared for anything. Speaking with a Florida truck accident attorney can ensure that your rights are being protected in your time of need.
