Jacksonville, FL – Car Accident at Old St. Augustine Rd and Hood Rd
Jacksonville, FL (February 29, 2020) – Around 11:30 p.m. on February 28, one person was injured in a serious car accident at a Jacksonville intersection.
Police confirmed that the collision took place at the intersection of Old St. Augustine Road and Hood Road. Two vehicles were involved in the collision and fire crews confirmed that two people were trapped as a result.
One patient was extricated from their vehicle and was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The other patient was extricated but not taken.
No further details have been released. The investigation is currently ongoing.
