Jacksonville, FL – Car Accident in SB Lanes of I-295
Jacksonville, FL (December 13, 2019) – Around 8:30 a.m. this morning, a car accident took place in the southbound lanes of Interstate-295 when multiple vehicles collided.
Jacksonville Police responded to the scene of the collision, which happened on I-295 around the area of St. Johns Bluff Road.
Police reported that all southbound lanes were closed down while emergency responders assisted at the scene. Paramedics helped those with injuries.
There were extensive delays in the area for some time. No other details have been released but the investigation is currently ongoing.
