Car Accidents in Florida
Between the years 2006 and 2016, it was estimated that approximately 1,814 hit-and-run accidents took place in the entire state of Florida. Hit-and-run accidents are easily prevented but many drivers sadly do not stick around after they have struck another driver. When a driver flees the scene without checking on a victim or calling the police, they have committed a crime.
