Motorcycle Accidents in Florida
In 2016 alone, a total of 10,331 accidents involved motorcycles in Florida. Because of the beautiful weather known within the state, these accidents are more likely to occur than many other places in the country. Thousands of motorcyclists are injured each year due to these severe collisions that typically occur due to negligent drivers. When drivers are not watching out for the well-being of these vulnerable riders, anything can happen. It is important that a victim speaks with a motorcycle accident attorney immediately following their collision.
At Sheftall & Associates, our accident attorneys understand that there is nothing as distressing as facing the aftermath of an accident on your own. This is especially true when you have evidence showing that another party is liable for your injuries due to their negligent acts. Many victims are unaware that they have the ability to bring a claim for compensation against a reckless party who has caused them harm.
