Jacksonville, FL – Motorcycle Accident with Injuries on I-295

Jacksonville, FL (December 16, 2019) – Around 4:30 p.m. yesterday afternoon, December 15, a motorcycle accident with injuries took place on I-295 in Jacksonville.

Police claim that the motorcycle and one other vehicle collided with one another on the highway in the area of New Kings Road. The collision took place in the northbound lanes and caused serious injuries.

Paramedics were present at the scene of the accident. It is believed that the motorcyclist was the only person injured in the accident.

The motorcycle caught on fire following the collision, causing a variety of delays in the area.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
