Jacksonville, FL – Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Baymeadows Rd
Jacksonville, FL (April 11, 2020) – Last night around 10:30 p.m., the Florida Highway Patrol confirmed that one person was killed in a fatal pedestrian accident in Jacksonville.
The accident took place when the pedestrian was walking in the area of 9800 Baymeadows Road near Southside Boulevard.
A Ford Expedition was traveling eastbound on Baymeadows when the pedestrian started to cross the roadway at the same time. The pedestrian was tragically pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
Nobody inside the Ford received injuries.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
