Jacksonville, FL – Truck Crash at Dames Point on FL-9A
Jacksonville, FL (November 29, 2019) – Yesterday, police responded to a multi-vehicle truck crash that took place on FL-9A around the area of Dames Point.
Jacksonville Police and various other emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident, where they found that multiple passenger vehicles and a truck collided with one another on the highway for reasons that are not yet known.
The accident took place on a section of the highway in the area of the bridge and completely blocked the left lane of traffic for some time.
Paramedics and other emergency responders were present at the scene assisting those with injuries. However, police did not comment on the extent of their injuries and if they were transported to the hospital.
No other details have been released but police continue to investigate at this time.
