Car Accidents in Florida
In one recent year, it was reported that 212,000 or more victims were injured in Florida car accidents due to the negligence of others. These accidents lead to serious injuries including spinal cord injuries, TBIs, fractures, organ damage, and more. In many of these cases, a driver or multiple drivers are liable for the harm caused in an accident. As such, you might wonder how you can hold a party liable for the harm they have caused in a Florida car accident.
