Jacksonville, FL (December 18, 2019) – Around 3:44 a.m. this morning, Clay County responders assisted at the scene of a two-vehicle collision with injuries on FL-15. The Florida Highway Patrol claimed that a semi-truck was headed south on the highway and tried to make a turn when it collided with a cargo van for unknown reasons.
