Palatka, FL (February 25, 2020) – Around 6:30 p.m. on February 24, a woman was killed in a fatal pedestrian accident on US-17 while chasing after her dog. The Florida Highway Patrol confirmed that the collision took place on the US-17 around the area of Gordon Wilkinson Road, north of Palatka.
