Jacksonville, FL (December 10, 2019) – At 5 a.m. this morning, police responded to the scene of a car crash on I-295 before the area of the University of North Florida.
Police did not comment on the exact circumstances leading to the collision but claim that multiple vehicles collided in the eastbound lanes of the highway. The area right before the college campus was blocked for several hours.
The left lane was completely blocked due to the presence of fire crews, paramedics, and more. Various EMS vehicles were seen and paramedics assisted those with injuries. Unfortunately, the extent of their injuries is not known at this time.
Police continue their investigation of the accident.
