Callahan, FL (December 30, 2019) – Around 11 a.m. this morning, authorities responded to the scene of a hit-and-run accident on FL-200 in Callahan.

The accident took place on SR-200 in the area of Stratton Road near the area of Page Street. Police believe that a vehicle struck another and then fled the scene.

Paramedics were present at the scene of the collision offering their assistance to those in need. EMS helped parties with injuries but did not confirm if any were transported to the hospital.

There were delays for a short period of time until police were able to clear the scene. Their investigation is ongoing at this time.
