Fleming Island, FL – Car Accident at US-17 and Raggedy Point Rd
Fleming Island, FL (June 8, 2020) – Around 8:18 a.m. this morning, a serious car accident with injuries took place at an intersection on Fleming Island.
According to police, the accident took place at the intersection of US-17 and Raggedy Point Road when two vehicles collided with one another.
Police did not confirm how the accident occurred but claimed that the vehicles involved were badly damaged due to the accident. Injuries were also reported as a result. The injured victims were taken to the hospital.
The intersection was blocked for a period of time following the collision.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
