Jacksonville, FL (November 16, 2019) – Around 5:30 a.m. this morning, police responded to the scene of a car crash at FL-202 around the area of Kernan Boulevard.

Jacksonville authorities have not yet confirmed what caused the accident to occur but said that the left lane of traffic was blocked for some time following the collision.

Police still did not have the accident scene cleared by 8:30 a.m. this morning. Paramedics were in the area assisting those with injuries, though the extent of these injuries is not yet known. There were extensive delays all this morning.

The investigation into the circumstances of the collision is currently ongoing.
