Jacksonville, FL – Car Crash at Intersection of Atlantic Blvd and I-95
Jacksonville, FL (December 11, 2019) – The Florida Highway Patrol and Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office investigated a car crash at a Jacksonville intersection yesterday, December 10.
Fire and Rescue said that multiple people were injured in the crash, which took place at the intersection of I-95 and Atlantic Boulevard. Two sustained life-threatening injuries and a third person had serious injuries. All three were hospitalized.
Police claim that one man ran from the scene of the accident but was soon taken into police custody. The man had a leg injury and supposedly had a gun at one point.
There were four people inside the vehicle that crashed, which was allegedly stolen by the driver. Police continue to investigate the circumstances leading up to the accident.
