Jacksonville, FL – Fatal Pedestrian Accident on FL-15 in Front of Club
Jacksonville, FL (March 8, 2020) – Around 3:30 a.m. this morning, a fatal pedestrian accident took place on FL-15 in front of the Lavilla Sportsman Club in Jacksonville.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to the collision where they discovered that a woman was struck by a vehicle while she was crossing the street.
The woman was identified as a 40-year-old woman who was struck and killed by a sedan while headed west. The dark-colored sedan fled the scene.
Police viewed videos showing the sedan but have not yet found the driver responsible.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
