Jacksonville, FL – Fiery Tractor-Trailer Accident on FL-9A
Jacksonville, FL (November 20, 2019) – This morning, police responded to the scene of a fiery tractor-trailer accident on FL-9A in Jacksonville. The accident blocked traffic in both directions.
The crash took place around 9:30 a.m. and police were able to clear the scene within the hour. Witnesses claim that the accident occurred when a Toyota Camry was sideswiped by a tractor-trailer before eventually becoming engulfed in flames. Both vehicles ended up on fire.
The vehicle was so badly damaged that it had to be towed from the scene. Police have not confirmed how many were injured paramedics were on scene assisting injured victims from the crash.
Jacksonville Police responded to the scene of the accident. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
