Jacksonville, FL (November 29, 2019) – Last evening, Jacksonville authorities responded to the scene of a vehicle collision on FL-9 that led to injuries.

According to police, the crash took place in the southbound lanes of the highway before the area of St. Augustine Road in Jacksonville. Police claim that multiple vehicles collided with one another but have not yet confirmed the circumstances leading up to the accident.

The left lane of traffic was blocked for some time due to the presence of emergency responders. Paramedics assisted multiple victims with their injuries but have not commented on the extent of the injuries at this time.

There were delays in the area lasting for several hours. Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
