Fruit Cove, FL (July 22, 2020) – This morning around 10:44 a.m., a car crash with injuries took place at an intersection in Fruit Cove.

According to police, the accident took place at the intersection of SR-13 and Fruit Cove Woods Drive when two vehicles suddenly collided for reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved were badly damaged as a result.

Multiple emergency responders were present at the scene of the collision including fire crews, paramedics, and local law enforcement officials. EMS crews helped those with injuries, though the extent of their injuries is not yet known.

The roadway was cleared within the hour by police. Their investigation into the accident remains ongoing.
