St. Augustine, FL (July 3, 2020) – Early this morning around 9:44 a.m., a car accident with injuries took place at an intersection in St. Augustine.

According to authorities, the accident took place at the intersection of US-1 and Andora Street when two vehicles collided with one another for unknown reasons.

Paramedics and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident where they assisted those with injuries. It is not known how many were hospitalized.

A roadblock was issued in the area for a period of time, with all northbound lanes of traffic blocked.

No further details have been provided. The investigation remains ongoing at this time.
