Pedestrian Accidents in Florida

Pedestrian accidents are some of the most serious types of accidents on our roads. Between 2008 and 2017, there were approximately 5,433 pedestrian fatalities in Florida due to the negligence of others and many more were seriously injured. When a driver fails to pay close attention to the roads and a pedestrian is harmed, it is important that victims or their families speak with a personal injury attorney about their options.
