Jacksonville, FL – 2 Injured in Car Accident into Mobile Home on FL-10
Jacksonville, FL (January 5, 2020) – This morning, two people were hospitalized in a car accident that took place when a vehicle crashed into a mobile home on FL-10.
The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department was called to the scene of the accident around 4 a.m., where they found that a van crashed into a mobile home, pinning one person between the house and the vehicle. That person was freed and immediately transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police have also confirmed that one other person was taken to the hospital but their condition is not known.
A tow truck was called to the scene to remove the vehicle. A portion of the structure was held up with cement blocks.
Police continue to investigate the accident at this time.
