Bunnell, FL (February 28, 2020) – On Thursday afternoon, February 27, one person was killed in a fatal hit-and-run accident on FL-100 in Bunnell. Flagler County deputies have made an arrest following the accident. Police confirmed that 33-year-old Joshua Carver was traveling in the westbound lane in his vehicle while a pedestrian was walking westbound alongside the road.
