Jacksonville, FL (November 23, 2019) – Around 1 a.m. this morning, Jacksonville Police responded to the scene of a car accident near a local bridge. The accident, according to authorities, took place in the eastbound lanes of FL-9A near the area of the Dames Point bridge.
