Green Cove Springs, FL (February 12, 2020) – This morning, a 33-year-old man identified as Robert Wagner was killed in a fatal crash at a Green Cove Springs intersection. The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the collision this morning at the intersection of County Road 315 and Medinah Lane.
