Green Cove Springs, FL – 1 Killed in Fatal Crash at Medinah Ln Intersection

Green Cove Springs, FL (February 12, 2020) – This morning, a 33-year-old man identified as Robert Wagner was killed in a fatal crash at a Green Cove Springs intersection.

The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the collision this morning at the intersection of County Road 315 and Medinah Lane. They found that Wagner was headed south on CR-315 in his Honda Accord when it collided head-on with another vehicle for reasons that are not yet known.

The other vehicle was an Audi SUV with a 60-year-old driver who was hospitalized.

Wagner was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
