Yulee, FL (July 22, 2020) – This afternoon, a serious car accident with injuries happened at a Yulee intersection.

The crash was reported around 2:40 p.m. when authorities confirmed that they received calls about two vehicles that collided at the intersection of US-17 and Commercial Park Drive. Though the exact details of the accident are not yet known, it is believed that the vehicles collided when they entered the intersection at the same time.

Numerous emergency responders were present at the scene of the accident including fire crews and paramedics. EMS crews assisted those with injuries, though the extent of the injuries is not yet known.

The roadway was blocked for a period of time but police were able to quickly clear the scene.

No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
