Yulee, FL – Fatal Accident in WB Lanes of FL-200

Yulee, FL (December 4, 2019) – Last night, December 3, police responded to the scene of a fatal accident that took place at the intersection of FL-200 and Edwards Road in Yulee.

The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the scene of the collision where they blocked off eastbound and westbound lanes for an extended period of time due to the serious damage caused by the collision.

Though few details are known concerning the accident at this time, it is believed that two vehicles collided at the intersection. One person was confirmed deceased due to the accident but details are not known about the party.

The roadway was closed down in that area overnight into 5:36 a.m. Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
