Green Cove Springs, FL (June 16, 2020) – Around 9 a.m. this morning, police responded to a car accident that took place at a local intersection.

According to police, the accident took place at the intersection of FL-16 and Bulkhead Road when two or more vehicles collided in Green Cove Springs.

The accident led to extensive damages in the vehicles involved, as well as injuries to the victims. The extent of the injuries is not yet known but it is believed that one or more victims were hospitalized.

The roadway was closed down at the intersection for a period of time.

No further details have been released. The investigation is currently ongoing.
