Jacksonville, FL – 1 Seriously Injured in Car Crash on FL-202
Jacksonville, FL (February 13, 2020) – Around 11:45 a.m. yesterday afternoon, January 12, one person was critically injured in a car crash on a major highway.
According to Jacksonville Police, the collision took place in the eastbound lanes of FL-202, also known as J. Turner Butler Boulevard.
Police have not yet confirmed the reasons leading up to the accident but it is believed that at least two vehicles collided, with a pickup truck sustaining severe front-end damages.
One patient was trapped inside the pickup truck and taken to the hospital with critical injuries. Their condition is not known at this time.
The investigation into the circumstances of the crash continues.
