Jacksonville, FL (June 13, 2020) – Around 1 p.m. this afternoon, police were called to the scene of a car accident with injuries in Jacksonville.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene of the accident, which took place at the intersection of Stevens Street and Atlantic Boulevard when two vehicles forcefully collided.

The accident caused injuries in one or more victims. Their conditions are not known but it is believed that one or more were hospitalized.

The intersection was closed down in the area for a period of time.

At this time, the investigation into the accident remains ongoing.
