Jacksonville, FL – Car Accident on FL-9A Near UNF

Jacksonville, FL (November 4, 2019) – Around 10 a.m. this morning, authorities responded to the scene of a serious car accident on FL-9A that led to injuries.

The accident, according to responding police, took place in the southbound lanes of the highway before the area of the University of North Florida. The collision involved multiple parties and caused such severe damages to the vehicles involved that all lanes of traffic were blocked.

Though authorities have not commented on the exact circumstances of the collision, it is apparent that parties were injured due to the accident. The extent of the injuries is not yet known.

No other details have been released but police continue their investigation of the accident at this time.
