Jacksonville, FL (April 21, 2020) – Around 11 a.m. this morning, police responded to the scene of a serious car crash leading to injuries in Jacksonville.

The accident, according to police, took place in the southbound lanes of I-295 around the area of Alta Drive in Jacksonville when two or more vehicles collided.

The exact extent of the damages is not yet known but it is believed that there was extensive damage. Injuries were also reported. Paramedics assisted one or more victims at the scene of the collision.

The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues at this time.
