Jacksonville, FL (May 10, 2020) – On May 8, at around 6:30 a.m., the Jacksonville Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on FL-9A (Interstate 295).

Reports show that an auto collision occurred along the interstate near Monument Road. The left lanes of the southbound side of the highway were blocked by this collision, creating a delay in traffic.

EMS provided medical treatment and transportation to victims injured in this collision.

At this time, the JPD is investigating.
