Jacksonville, FL – Hit-and-Run Crash at Dunn Ave and N Campus Blvd
Jacksonville, FL (July 31, 2020) – Around 10 a.m. this morning, a hit-and-run crash took place at an intersection in Jacksonville.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene of the accident this morning at the intersection of Dunn Avenue and North Campus Boulevard. Police discovered that one of the vehicles involved in the accident fled the scene. The other vehicle that remained at the scene was left with severe damages as a result of the collision.
Numerous emergency responders were present at the scene of the accident, including paramedics and fire crews. EMS crews assisted those with injuries. The injured victims were taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries.
The roadway was blocked at the intersection for a period of time. Police worked to clear the scene of the accident.
The investigation into the collision is ongoing at this time.
